I'm current with market trends in these communities and know the best neighborhoods in each.

              Grew up on the Central Coast and currently live in San Luis with wife, Pam 

              Graduated Cabrillo Senior High School 1972, Lompoc, CA

              Graduated Cuesta College 1980 A.A. GE, SLO, CA

              Graduated Cal Poly/SLO 1983 B.S. Journalism

             1983-1992 worked as marketing director for the following:

         venture capital company, national computer hardware distributor, and

         two local Central Coast telecommunications companies. 

              Earned Real Estate License in 1987

              Real Estate Title & Escrow Sales Rep. 1992

              Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer 1993 to 1995

            1995 to present, Broker Associate for Bay Osos Brokers of Los Osos, CA

  

     

  Interests . . .  

 

I love blues, jazz, rock 'n roll and to play guitar and ukulele with friends as often as possible. I'm also an avid surfer, yoga practitioner, traveler, and photographer.  I enjoy spending time with my wife & family, friends, and helping my dad restore his 1930 Model A Ford Coupe.
